The primary goal is to create custom training programs and it would cover a wide range of skills to help organizations improve and nurture talent.

Hero Vired is rolling out personalized and hybrid learning programs and it is learned to be led by industry experts. Modern Learning Management System (LMS) is being used to offer flexible subscriptions and practical learning approaches which are aimed at real-world results.

Educational institutions are to benefit with boot camps to boost employability and placements as well apart from training sessions. The company is also set to run skill-building workshops for big businesses and startups. The focus for public sector is on equipping government agencies and PSUs with the latest required skills.

Hero Vired Founder and CEO Akshay Munjal emphasized commitment to the B2B sector and stated that the company aims to close skill gaps as well as strengthen ties with organizations. They are looking ahead to partner with more than 100 institutions and has plans to provide over 100,000 hours of upskilling. The vision of the company is to become the top training partner for businesses and schools as well. They are preparing learners for the demands of Industry 4.0.

The Learntech startup is expanding into B2B to address industry challenges. They are simultaneously eyeing significant revenue growth from this sector. They are also expecting it to make up half of their total revenue next year.
