It addresses gaps in the real estate industry. Prospective buyers in a traditional process are shown model flats and sometimes not even equipped with the same layout. Buyers are asked to imagine how the actual flat might look. The potential buyers usually rely on static and glossy brochures which are filled with photoshopped images. The process leads to uncertainty and hardly provides a comfortable feeling while making a decision to buy expensive property.<\/p>\n<p>Home buying in India is not just a financial transaction, but it is an emotional journey. Ajjay Parge points out that home buying in India are deeply emotional and the industry fails to show to customers what they will get. Navigo seeks to change that. Buyers can now walk through their future homes and explore views from any room. Buyers can check the lighting at different times of day and even factor in Vastu considerations. It is as close to stepping into the finished flat as one can get.<\/p>\n<p>Some may argue that immersive 3D technology in real estate is not entirely new. It is learned that Navigo takes a step further by making the experience practical and not just a marketing gimmick. Static walkthrough videos and touchscreens showing zoomed-in images don\u2019t compare to the real-time interactivity that Navigo offers.<\/p>\n<p>Parge said that sales have increased three to four times and cancellation rates have plummeted to just 1%. Navigo empowers both buyers and sales teams. Buyers are more certain about their decisions and real estate developers can confidently show what they will deliver.<\/p>\n<p>The vision of Navigo does not stop here. Parge has his eyes set on the luxury real estate market as it is projected to grow exponentially in the coming years. Developers can cater to high-end buyers who demand precision, customization and assurance with Navigo.
